This incredible flexibility means you can switch the function to suit menu and seasonality changes at short notice without investing in additional equipment:
- Chest Freezer, frozen storage (-18 °C to -24 °C).
- Chiller, ideal for storing meat with hanger (-1 °C to +1 °C).
- Fridge, food storage & dump fridge for drinks (+4 °C to +6 °C).
