Delivery is free on any order of £400 or more, wherever you are in the UK.
Delivery Coverage
We deliver throughout the United Kingdom. Delivery to Scotland and Northern Ireland is £49 on orders under £400, and free on orders of £400 or more, the same as everywhere else in the UK. We do not currently deliver to the Isle of Man or the Channel Islands.
Order Confirmation
As soon as you place your order we will pre-authorise your card, but you will not be charged at this point. We then contact our supplier to confirm the product is available for immediate shipment. Once confirmed, we take payment and your order is dispatched straight away. If there is any delay — for example an item on backorder — we will void the pre-authorisation and contact you to let you know.
Order Delivery
Once your order is placed and confirmed in stock, we charge your card and dispatch your order within 5-10 working days. We will email your tracking details within 48 hours of dispatch. If you have not received tracking details within 6 working days, please email us at contact@coreappliances.co.uk and we will help.
Damages
Please inspect all items thoroughly at the point of delivery. We advise you not to accept delivery of any item that is damaged. If you do discover damage, send clear photographs to contact@coreappliances.co.uk and we will open an insurance claim on your behalf.
Cancellations
You have the right to cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving your appliance, under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. If you cancel before your order has been dispatched, we will void the pre-authorisation or refund you in full, with no fee. If your order has already been dispatched, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the appliance to us.
Refunds & Returns
Refund requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your appliance. All refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. To start a refund, contact us at contact@coreappliances.co.uk. Full details are set out in our Returns & Refunds Policy.
