Returns Policy — 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you're not satisfied, you can return your item within 30 days of receiving it for a full refund — no questions asked.
How to start a return
Contact us at contact@coreappliances.co.uk or message us on WhatsApp on 07463 135593 with your order number, and we'll arrange collection of your item. We can usually have it collected within 3-5 working days.
Return shipping
For change-of-mind returns within our 30-day satisfaction guarantee, we arrange collection on your behalf and the cost is deducted from your refund (typically £40-100 depending on appliance size and your location). We'll confirm the exact collection cost with you before arranging.
If your item is faulty, damaged on delivery, or not as described, we cover return shipping in full, no deduction from your refund. Please report any faults within 30 days of receiving your item.
Return condition
Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, with all accessories included. Items showing signs of installation or use may be subject to a partial refund reflecting any reduction in resale value.
Refund timeline
Refunds are processed within 5-7 working days of the returned item being received. You'll receive an email confirmation when your refund is on its way.
Your statutory rights
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have a legal right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your goods, no reason needed. Our 30-day satisfaction guarantee extends this period — your statutory rights are not affected.
If your item is faulty, you have additional rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, including the right to reject within 30 days and the right to repair or replacement within the first 6 months. We will always honour these rights in full.
