Shipping & Delivery Policy

Core Appliances works with authorised UK distributors and logistics partners to deliver genuine, brand-new appliances directly to our customers across the UK. This allows us to provide fast, reliable delivery while ensuring all products include full manufacturer warranties and UK customer support.

Core Appliances is the retailer of record for all purchases and is responsible for customer service, delivery support, and after-sales care.


Order Confirmation

Once you place your order, a pre-authorisation is made on your card. We then confirm stock availability with our authorised UK distributor. Once confirmed, payment is processed and your appliance is prepared for dispatch.

If there is any delay due to stock availability, we will notify you immediately and the pre-authorisation will be voided.


Order Delivery

Most appliances are dispatched within 3–5 working days depending on product availability and delivery location.

Our delivery partners will contact you directly to arrange a suitable delivery date. Tracking details will be provided once your item has been dispatched.

If you have not received tracking information within 6 working days, please contact us at contact@coreappliances.co.uk and our support team will assist you.


Delivery Inspection & Damages

Please inspect your appliance at the point of delivery. If you notice any damage, do not accept the delivery and contact us immediately with photos at contact@coreappliances.co.uk so we can resolve the issue promptly.


Cancellations

Orders cancelled more than 48 hours after being placed may be subject to additional fees, as processing and logistics arrangements may already be underway.


Returns & Refunds

Refund requests must be made within 14 days of the purchase date.

If an item has already been dispatched, return shipping costs may apply.

All refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
