Shipping policy

Core Appliances (a trading name of Robust Store Limited) works with authorised UK distributors and specialist logistics partners to deliver genuine, brand-new appliances directly to customers across the UK. This allows us to provide reliable delivery on premium appliances while ensuring every product includes its full manufacturer warranty and UK-based customer support.

Core Appliances is the retailer of record for all purchases and is responsible for customer service, delivery support, and after-sales care.

Delivery Charges

  • Orders under £300: £25 standard delivery
  • Orders £300 and over: FREE UK mainland delivery

Delivery Timeframes

Most appliances are dispatched within 1-3 working days of order confirmation, and typically delivered within 3-7 working days in total, depending on product availability and your location.

Delivery Timing & Third-Party Services

Whilst we and our delivery partners work hard to meet estimated delivery windows, delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays can occur due to supplier stock changes, courier scheduling, adverse weather, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

We strongly recommend that you do NOT book installers, kitchen fitters, plumbers, tradespeople, or any other third-party services until your appliance has been received and inspected.

Core Appliances is not liable for any costs, losses, or damages arising from:

  • Delayed delivery, whether caused by our suppliers, couriers, or third parties
  • Booking or rescheduling of installers, fitters, tradespeople, or plumbers
  • Loss of earnings, wasted contractor time, or professional call-out fees
  • Any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses

Our total liability to you in connection with any order shall not exceed the price of the goods purchased. Nothing in this policy limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected.

Delivery Coverage

We deliver to UK mainland addresses. For deliveries to the Scottish Highlands, Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Channel Islands or other offshore locations, please contact us before placing your order for a delivery quotation.
