The Scotsman MF 46 Modular Ice Flaker produces Flake Ice, extruded at a temperature just below 0 °C, with 25% residual water content, hence very rich in moisture.

We recommend the Scotsman HF40-S Water Filter accessory with this unit, which comes complete with head, adapters and scale inhibitor, to ensure a long lifetime for the unit and less chance of it breaking down.
