The Scotsman EF 206 Self Contained Ice Flaker produces flaked ice that is perfect for storing fish or use in laboratories and constructed with a built-in Progressive Water Discharge system (PWD) which pumps excess residual water up to a distance of 15 meters.
It is equipped with electronically controlled operation along with self-diagnostic functions with external alarm lights which provide operational information for early alert and fast diagnosis of operating issues.
We recommend the Scotsman HF40-S Water Filter accessory with this unit, which comes complete with head, adaptors and scale inhibitor, to ensure a long lifetime for the unit and less chance of it breaking down.
