Fitting Notes

The oven needs a standard built-in housing and its own electrical supply. The hob is hard wired on a 32A connection with a 1.2 metre cable and no fitted plug — it is not a plug-in appliance, so budget for an electrician if you do not already have a cooker point at the worktop.

Ceramic hobs stay hot after switch-off; this one has a residual heat indicator for each zone. Any flat-bottomed pan works, which is the practical advantage over induction — no need to replace your pans.
