The Montpellier MINH59-13A is a 59cm plug-in induction hob with four cooking zones, touch controls and a black glass surface.
The hob measures H62 x W590 x D520 mm.
Induction technology heats the pan directly and requires cookware with a high iron content. This provides rapid heating and minimal residual heat on the cooking surface.
Zone power ratings are 2400W / 2600W, 1800W / 2000W, 1400W / 1500W and 1800W / 2000W.
This model is supplied with a fitted 13A plug and distributes power evenly across zones when multiple zones are in use.
A 99 minute timer can be used as a minute minder or as an individual zone timer to switch zones off after a set time. A boost function is available on all zones.
Safety features include a control panel lock, heat indicator light and automatic shutdown if a zone is left on for an extended period.
