The Hobart Ecomax Plus H615SW is a high-performance hood dishwasher, built for busy, high-volume kitchens that demand speed, efficiency, and reliability. As part of the “Plus” range, it delivers exceptional economy, with an intensive hood design that uses less water per cycle and a compact wash tank featuring Accurinse® technology to further reduce water, detergent, and energy consumption.

With a 500 × 500 mm rack size and the capacity to wash up to 48 racks per hour, this passthrough dishwasher can process over 1,000 plates per hour (18 per rack), making it an excellent choice for restaurants, hotels, catering operations, and any large-scale food service environment. Its ergonomic hood design is suitable for both straight-through and corner installation, allowing maximum flexibility in kitchen layouts.
