Equipped with a triple-fan oven system, it ensures exceptional cooking performance and even heat distribution across every dish. The isothermic proof cavity provides outstanding thermal insulation for optimal energy efficiency, allowing the oven to reach 200°C in just six minutes. The large viewing window and four halogen lights offer full visibility inside the oven, while the soft-close door provides a smooth, silent closing action.

The pyrolytic self-cleaning system incinerates grease and residue at high temperatures, leaving the oven spotless with minimal effort. For quick maintenance, the Vapour Clean steam function uses a small amount of water to loosen dirt naturally, eliminating the need for chemicals.

On top, the Portofino features a six-burner gas hob with heavy-duty cast-iron pan stands that create a large, stable cooking surface. From the ultra-rapid 4.2 kW burner for fast boiling to the smaller 1.0 kW simmer zones, each burner offers precise control for every cooking style. The hob includes automatic electronic ignition, safety valves, and the option to adapt for LPG.
