Engineered with a full stainless steel interior and exterior, the XR20 is durable, hygienic, and easy to clean. Operation is effortless thanks to the microprocessor control panel — simply press and go to start the chilling cycle. A built-in temperature probe ensures accurate monitoring of core food temperatures throughout each blast chill cycle.
The bottom-mounted refrigeration system enhances unit stability, supports consistent cooling performance, and helps reduce operational noise. Designed with cleaning and maintenance in mind, the XR20 includes a removable door gasket and an interior free from visible screws or dirt traps.
